Should I register my watch with KYBOE!?
We recommend for all KYBOE! owners to register their watches online at kyboe.com/register. When you register your watch, you are automatically activating your limited warranty to protect against defects and failures, should they occur.
What is the warranty on my KYBOE!?
Your KYBOE! is backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty on the movement and a two (2) year Limited Warranty (from date of purchase). The Limited Warranty covers repairs due to failure or breakdown of the movement and all its components, as well as the crown, dial, markers, hands and water resistant pressure.

What is the return policy?
30 Day (from date of purchase) money back guarantee for all unworn products. To process a return follow the instructions
and we will be happy to assist you. The return process will be valid as long as it starts during the 30 day window.
For in-store purchases bring your unused and unworn KYBOE! back to the store with all original packaging and tags intact. Refunds, exchanges and/or credits will be issued at the discretion of store management, in accordance with each store policy.
After processing a online purchase refund, how long will it take to receive my money back?
You should be able to see the credit back in your account in 2-3 business days.
