Free ground shipping on all orders shipped to a U.S. address.   Shipping times are estimated, not guaranteed and may vary depending on order processing time and the distance of the shipping address from our nearest distribution center. When your order is complete you will receive a tracking number to check the status of your delivery.  Orders received before 1:00pm eastern will ship the same day.  Orders placed after 1:00pm eastern will ship the next day so when selecting overnight delivery consider the time you are placing the order.

For all orders shipping outside of the U.S., we offer FedEx International Economy. Your shipping cost will be automatically calculated at checkout.  Duties and taxes are not included and are calculated by the customs department in the country of delivery.  Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

RETURNS

We offer free returns.  If for any reason you would like to return your new KYBOE! watch, simply return your unused, unworn watch in original packaging to us within 30 days of purchase by following these steps:

 

For online purchases (with an account):

  1. Log into your account by clicking login/register on the top.
    • If you have trouble logging in, you may have checked out as a guest and should see the instructions below for how to return an order without having an account.
  2. On the menu on the left select orders.
  3. Select the order you want to process the return and click on view.
  4. Click on “View Warranty/Return Request” and follow instructions.

 

For online purchases (without account):

For in-store purchases:

Bring your unused and unworn KYBOE! back to the store with all original packaging and tags intact. Refunds, exchanges and/or credits will be issued at the discretion of store management, in accordance with store policy.

REPAIRS

Each genuine KYBOE! timepiece should only be serviced by qualified professionals or at the KYBOE! service center, in accordance with the terms of your Limited Warranty.

For your Limited Warranty to be effective and for repair requests to be honored, please follow the steps below:

First, alert our support team of your repair request via this online form. We will reply with a prepaid return label.

Once you receive your prepaid return label, follow these instructions:

  1. Pack your KYBOE! in a safe and secure box with a completed Certificate of Limited Warranty and your original receipt.
  2. Attach the prepaid return label included in your original shipment to the outside of your return box and drop it off at any Fedex shipping center. If you’ve lost your return shipping label, please contact us and we will arrange a new one.

Once your package has been received, you’ll receive an email notification confirming receipt of your KYBOE! for repair.

We will repair your KYBOE!, or contact you with follow-up information if necessary, within five business days. Once your watch has been fully restored, it will be shipped back to you at the address you provided on your Certificate of Limited Warranty.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

SETTING YOUR WATCH

All KYBOE! watches are fitted with a screw down crown (center knob on the side of your watch) that must be unscrewed to alter or set the time and date. After changing the settings, push the crown back to position one (1), then press and screw the crown back down firmly. Never over tighten the crown as it will damage the gaskets inside.

SETTING THE TIME

Unscrew the crown to position one (1).

Pull the crown out to position two (2).

Turn the crown forward to your desired time setting.

Push the crown back to position one (1).

Press and screw the crown back down firmly; do not overtighten.

SETTING THE CALENDAR

A calendar is available on chronograph watches. To set the calendar:

Unscrew the crown to position one (1).

Pull the crown out to position two (2).

Turn the crown forward until the required date is displayed.

Push the crown back to position one (1).

Press and screw the crown back down firmly; do not overtighten.

Note: When setting the date, rotate the crown past mid-day (AM to PM, no date change), or midnight (PM to AM, with date change) to make sure that the time is set correctly in AM or PM. Correction of the date in position two (2) has no effect on the AM/PM setting of the time.

OPERATING THE CHRONOGRAPH

KYBOE! chronograph watches feature two additional buttons: Button A, above the crown, and Button B, below the crown. KYBOE! chronographs also come in two sizes, 48mm and 55mm. The 48mm is a mini-second chronograph (6 o’clock position) with a quick reset function, while the 55mm is a center hand chronograph.

To operate the chronograph:

  • Make sure the crown is screwed in position.
  • Press Button A to start.
  • Press Button A again to stop.
  • Press Button A again to restart.
  • Press Button B to reset.

When resetting, the second counter (chronograph) hand should return to its home position at 12 o’clock. If the counting hand should fail to return to its home position, unscrew the crown, pull it to position two (2) and the watch will stop. Press Button A to make the counter hand will advance one (1) second each time it is pressed. Continue pressing Button A until the second hand is back to its home position, then reset the crown.

BATTERY REPLACEMENT

Please have the batteries replaced by a qualified watch technician as needed, and ensure that the proper size and quality of batteries are used for replacement. You must change batteries as soon as they die. Leaving dead batteries inside the watch may cause your KYBOE! to become inoperable and will not be covered under the Limited Warranty.

WATER RESISTANCE

Your KYBOE! is designed to be water resistant to a depth of 100 meters but it is not designed for sports diving. A watch’s water resistance is not a permanent guarantee. It may be affected by the aging of the gaskets or by an accidental shock to the watch.

In order to prevent water from entering the mechanism, never operate the buttons while the watch is submerged under water.

MAINTENANCE

DAILY CARE & MAINTENANCE

Please follow the guidelines below to ensure the longevity of your KYBOE! while maintaining your Limited Warranty.

STOPPER REMOVAL

Before using your KYBOE! for the first time, please remove the plastic stopper located next to the crown.

MAGNETIC FIELD

Avoid placing your KYBOE! on or close to computers, loudspeakers, motors, or refrigerators due to their strong magnetic fields.

SALT WATER CONTACT

Always rinse your KYBOE! with fresh water after contact with salt water or other liquids.

WATER PROTECTION

Screw the crown down carefully and firmly to prevent water from penetrating the case. Do not over tighten the crown.

CLEANING

Use mild soapy water to clean all surfaces and dry with a soft cloth.

CHEMICAL PRODUCTS

Avoid direct contact with solvents, detergents, perfumes, cosmetics, etc. as they can damage the band, case and gaskets.

TEMPERATURE

Avoid exposing your KYBOE! to extreme temperatures (over 60°C/140°F or below 0°C/32°F) or extreme temperature changes for an extended length of time.

PHYSICAL SHOCKS

Your KYBOE! is a big and heavy watch. Please avoid physical shocks from dropping.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

At the end of the life of a quartz watch, it should not be disposed as household waste. It should be returned to a local authorized collection system. The recycled material will help conserve natural resources.

WARRANTY

ACTIVATE YOUR WARRANTY

January 1, 2017 UPDATE – Seller warrants to Buyer that the components in the Goods comprising the movement will materially conform to the specifications set forth in the Purchase Order and will be free from material defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the Goods.  The lifetime of the Goods shall be the period of time the Goods are possessed by the original owner with proof of original purchase (“Lifetime Warranty Period”).  Seller further warrants to Buyer that the ratcheting bezel, plating of the watch case, coloration, and silicone band on the Goods will materially conform to the specifications set forth in the Purchase Order and will be free from material defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase by the original owner with proof of original purchase (“Limited Warranty Period”). It does not cover scratches to the crystal, case, metal band, leather, microfiber, or rubber straps or any damage that results from normal wear and tear. Each genuine KYBOE! timepiece purchased from a KYBOE! retailer or online at kyboe.com should only be serviced by qualified professionals at the place of purchase or at the KYBOE! service center (located at the address below) in accordance with the terms of your Limited Warranty. For your Limited Warranty to be effective and for repair requests to be honored, it is required that you include your completed Certificate of Limited Warranty and a copy of your purchase receipt (including style number) when returning your KYBOE! watch. There is no charge for a watch inspection. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

What is the warranty on my KYBOE!?

Your KYBOE! is backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty on the movement and a two (2) year Limited Warranty (from date of purchase). The Limited Warranty covers repairs due to failure or breakdown of the movement and all its components, as well as the crown, dial, markers, hands and water resistant pressure. CARE

Do magnetic fields affect my KYBOE!?

When exposed to magnetic fields, your KYBOE! may begin reading inaccurate time. We recommend that you avoid setting your watch on or near refrigerators, computers or other devices with strong magnetic fields. Should your watch begin experiencing inaccurate time measures, remove it from the magnetic field and reset the watch to the accurate time.

What’s the best way to clean my KYBOE!?

Clean your watch regularly by wiping with a soft cloth dampened with fresh water, especially after exposure to salt water. Learn more about KYBOE! care and maintenance.

Can I swim and shower while wearing my KYBOE!?

Although no watch is waterproof, most KYBOE! watches are water resistant up to 10 atmospheres (equivalent to 100 meters or 328 feet). That said, you can feel comfortable swimming in shallow depths and/or showering while wearing your KYBOE! watch. Do not push any buttons or unscrew the crown when your KYBOE! is in contact or submerged in water, as this may unintentionally create an opening for water to enter your watch.

How does dust affect my KYBOE!?

If your KYBOE! case, crystal or crown are not intact, dust may enter the watch and bring its gears to a stop. If any part of your KYBOE! is loose, chipped or cracked, please have it serviced immediately to prevent further damage.

Will pulling out the crown extend the life of the battery?

Pulling out the crown does not extend the life of your KYBOE!’s battery; it simply disengages the watch’s hands from movement. By leaving the crown pulled out for a long period of time, you’re exposing your KYBOE! to dust and moisture, which may cause the watch to malfunction. We do not recommend for you to leave the crown pulled out for any extended period of time.
