Seller warrants to Buyer that the components in the Goods comprising the movement will materially conform to the specifications set forth in the Purchase Order and will be free from material defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the Goods. The lifetime of the Goods shall be the period of time the Goods are possessed by the original owner with proof of original purchase (“Lifetime Warranty Period”). Seller further warrants to Buyer that the ratcheting bezel, plating of the watch case, coloration, and silicone band on the Goods will materially conform to the specifications set forth in the Purchase Order or Order Confirmation and will be free from material defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase by the original owner with proof of original purchase (“Limited Warranty Period”). It does not cover scratches to the crystal, case, metal band, leather, microfiber, or rubber straps or any damage that results from normal wear and tear. Each genuine KYBOE! timepiece purchased from a KYBOE! retailer or online at kyboe.com should only be serviced by qualified professionals at the place of purchase or at the KYBOE! service center (located at the address below) in accordance with the terms of your Limited Warranty.
For your Limited Warranty to be effective and for repair requests to be honored, it is required that you register your watch here, include your completed Certificate of Limited Warranty (included in watch box) and a copy of your purchase receipt (including style number) when repairing your KYBOE! watch.
There is no charge for a watch inspection. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
