During these extraordinary times, the health, safety, and well-being of the KYBOE community is our most important priority.
We have been dealing with the situation since January as we first experienced the effects at our suppliers in Asia. After careful consideration, we are suspending our services including customer service until further notice. The safety and security of our employees and their families is, and has always been, our highest priority. Over the past several weeks, we have operated by working closely with safety and health agencies to align with local, state, federal and global public health guidelines in response to COVID-19.
Our commitment to each of you is to continue to communicate and keep you abreast of any developments regarding our operations. Although we write to you today with a heavy heart, we also look forward to the day in the near future when we return to normal business conditions. Our hearts go out to all those impacted by COVID-19—this includes not only those diagnosed with the virus, but also their friends and family, those whose jobs and schools have been impacted and so many more.
